Obtained by cooked must, Amerigo Condiment combines fragrance and freshness to create a balanced, harmonious and sweet-and-sour flavour. This balance makes the dressing particularly versatile and suitable for many different food products. This condiment is thicker than normal vinegar and has an acidity below 6,0%. It is aged in small barrels for four years, giving it a delicate bouquet that can be best tasted when used not heated.

USEFUL TIPS
Thanks to its versatility in the kitchen, our Amerigo Condiment gives a tasty flavour to every preparation. You can use it to simply dress raw or steamed vegetables, together with some extra virgin olive oil. Otherwise, you can prepare an omelette with fresh eggs and some spring onion to taste. Once cooked, serve the omelette with a drop of Amerigo Condiment on it. This product can be used in the preparation of sweet dishes as well. Cut some strawberries to a 1 cm dice. Add some sugar and leave it to macerate for about half an hour. In the meanwhile, soften some cow’s milk ricotta cheese and add a little bit of icing sugar. Fill some small cups with this preparation, adding the strawberries in the same proportion. Garnish with about 5 g per portion of Amerigo Condiment. Finally, for a quick and tasty dessert, prepare or buy some vanilla ice-cream. Serve in small portions and top with about 5 gr of Amerigo Condiment.

USEFUL TIPS
Our Balsamic Vinegar of Modena PGI is extraordinary when used together with a good extra-virgin olive oil to give freshness to dishes like salads or dips, but also to preparations with cooked vegetables. It is also great to give character to meat dishes, like rabbit or beef fillet. Otherwise, you can use a few drops to garnish some fried fish. Thanks to its simplicity, this product is suitable for enhancing fruits and sweet dishes as well. Finally, for those who like more exotic cuisine, you can combine it with Japanese sashimi, Thai delicacies or a Moroccan couscous: it’s easy to create Italian fusion!

Saba is a condiment typical of the regions Emilia-Romagna, Marche and Sardinia. It is a syrup made of grape must. It has a very sweet taste and keeps well thanks to the sugar. Saba is a product used in regional cuisines as a condiment or for the preparation of traditional sweets.

SABA - INGREDIENTS:
Emilia Romagna cooked grape must slowly reduced over low heat. Store in a dry and cool place away from direct heat and light sources. Contains sulfites.

USEFUL TIPS
Saba is used to flavour and dress polenta, mature cheeses or even ricotta. This product is ideal for creating bases for game. Saba is also an ideal condiment for salads, raw and cooked vegetables. Thanks to its versatility, Saba can also be used on ice-cream, cooked fruit and chestnuts. During the summer, it can be added to water or ice to make a wonderful refreshing drink, or it can be the main ingredient for long drinks.

The Traditional Balsamic Vinegar "Affinato" it is aged for at least 12 years in wooden barrels. Its uniqueness is given by the continuous changes in temperature and humidity as it ages through the season. We have chosen a vinegar produced according to the rules of the Consortium, made from grape must of Lambrusco and Trebbiano vines, aged in wooden barrels of different wood varieties and of descrescent volume. Without added aroma, every single bottle has to undergo a tasting process to ensure the excellence of the product.
