May contain traces of soy. Contains sulfites. GLUTEN-FREE.

The Ragù Bianco di Carne di Chianina is ideal for serving a "white" version of Lasagne Bolognesi. Prepare or buy an egg lasagna sheet, cook it following the instructions. Prepare a buttered oven roll, alternate four layers of puff pastry with the same number of meat sauce and bechamel, adjusting the amount of the latter according to personal tastes, sprinkle each top with Parmigiano-Reggiano. Bake at 180 ° C for 15-20 minutes depending on the type of oven. Consider three portions for each 200g jar of Ragù. Also excellent for preparing a quick plate of pasta with white meat sauce. For a quick and tasty aperitif, instead, serve it on hot Tigelle di Amerigo, or on a well toasted toasted bread.
