The Traditional Balsamic Vinegar "Affinato" it is aged for at least 12 years in wooden barrels. Its uniqueness is given by the continuous changes in temperature and humidity as it ages through the season. We have chosen a vinegar produced according to the rules of the Consortium, made from grape must of Lambrusco and Trebbiano vines, aged in wooden barrels of different wood varieties and of descrescent volume. Without added aroma, every single bottle has to undergo a tasting process to ensure the excellence of the product.

Cooked grape must. Contains sulfites.
Particularly suitable for savory, mature and spicy cheeses. Excellent with Parmigiano Reggiano. Also ideal for garnishing baked desserts, strudel and panettone.
