Albesi, also called "tajarin" in dialect, are a long and thin shape of pasta from the North of Italy. Thanks to their shape they cook in a few minutes. It's a coarse pasta made of genuine ingredients, we add only our good scented truffles.

DURUM WHEAT DRIED EGG PASTA WITH TRUFFLE - INGREDIENTS:
Durum wheat semolina, pasteurized eggs 20%, summer truffle 3% (Tuber aestivum Vitt.), flavouring. Keep in a cool and dry place. Cook in salted boiling water for 3 minutes.

USEFUL TIPS
We recommend to keep the cooking time and all the cooking instructions indicated on the packaging in order to enjoy these tagliolini at their best. They are very good if dressed with meat ragù or simply with our truffle butter.
