Our Clarified butter with truffle does not need to be stored in the fridge. Moreover it's a lactose free product, easier to digest and suitable also for lactose intollerant. Clarification is made by removing the water and milk proteins making it more suitable for use in food preparation.
Clarified Truffle Butter is a valid substitute of truffle olive oil and classic truffle butter. it’s ideal for golden and crunchy fried foods or for blending risotto. thanks to the removal of water and casein, it’s suitable for every high-temperature cookings (up to 200°c).
