Preserving the vegetables in oil is an art. It is important to know the secrets to keep them crunchy and tasty. To prepare our Artichokes in oil, we choose only fully ripened artichokes and preserve them in Balsamic Vinegar of Modena, to give them a delicious bitter-sweet taste.


INGREDIENTS
Artichokes 63,9%, sunflower seed oil, balsamic vinegar PGI of Modena 11,1% (cooked grape must, wine vinegar), salt, wine vinegar. After opening, keep refrigerated. GLUTEN-FREE.


USEFUL TIPS
The crunchiness and the natural flavour of our artichokes, combined with the sweet flavour of Balsamic Vinegar of Modena, makes our product suitable for many different quick and tasty uses, such as appetizers, side-dishes and hot recipes. For instance, take some small wood skewers and alternate 1/4 of an artichoke, a cube of mortadella and a a cube Pecorino cheese to make a delicious cold appetizer. Otherwise, drain the artichokes from the oil and vinegar for a few minutes. Make some thin slices and serve them with crispy fried whitebait.
