Obtained by cooked must, Amerigo Condiment combines fragrance and freshness to create a balanced, harmonious and sweet-and-sour flavour. This balance makes the dressing particularly versatile and suitable for many different food products. This condiment is thicker than normal vinegar and has an acidity below 6,0%. It is aged in small barrels for four years, giving it a delicate bouquet that can be best tasted when used not heated.

Thanks to its versatility in the kitchen, our Amerigo Condiment gives a tasty flavour to every preparation. You can use it to simply dress raw or steamed vegetables, together with some extra virgin olive oil. Otherwise, you can prepare an omelette with fresh eggs and some spring onion to taste. Once cooked, serve the omelette with a drop of Amerigo Condiment on it. This product can be used in the preparation of sweet dishes as well. Cut some strawberries to a 1 cm dice. Add some sugar and leave it to macerate for about half an hour. In the meanwhile, soften some cow’s milk ricotta cheese and add a little bit of icing sugar. Fill some small cups with this preparation, adding the strawberries in the same proportion. Garnish with about 5 g per portion of Amerigo Condiment. Finally, for a quick and tasty dessert, prepare or buy some vanilla ice-cream. Serve in small portions and top with about 5 gr of Amerigo Condiment.
