After the positive feedback obtained with the Fontal Cheese spread with truffle, we wanted to satisfy also those who love more tasty flavours. So we have made Pecorino Cheese Spread with Black Winter Truffle which has a more intense flavour. We combine two excellent products, the well-know Pecorino Chesse and the Black Winter Truffle, to obtain a spread with truly unique characteristics.

PECORINO CHEESE SPREAD WITH WINTER TRUFFLE  - INGREDIENTS:
Pecorino cheese 58,2%, water, butter, black winter truffle (Tuber melanosporum Vitt.) 3,8%, emulsifying salts: sodium citrate; salt, flavouring. Store in a cool, dry place. Keep refrigerated after opening. GLUTEN-FREE.

USEFUL TIPS
The Pecorino Cheese Cream is a very good dressing for filled pasta or according to a classical recipe is ideal to finish risotto. It’s also very good with meat or egg-based dishes, not to mention how great it is on bruschette.
