Our Fernet Liqueur is made by infusing herbs in hot water and alcohol. With no added sugar, it is mainly used as a digestif even though there are many other ways in which you can enjoy it. It is ideal as an after-dinner drink.
Our Fernet Liqueur is classified as a Bitter Liqueur, perfect as a digestif at the end of the meal. It is also ideal to share after dinner to promote conversation. It is traditionally served cold at around 10° C, straight or with ice. It is also excellent as a long drink – just add soda water. You can also add it to an espresso for a real kick! Also great over shaved ice.
