Typical product of the Emilia-Romagna region, Garganelli are squares of striped egg-pasta dough rolled-up. The resulting consistency is really unique. The egg-pasta, rough and porous, holds the sauces exhalting the flavour.
Durum wheat semolina, fresh eggs 33,2%. Contains gluten and eggs. Keep in a cool and dry place away from light and direct heat. May contains traces of soy.
Pour 5L of water and a tablespoon of salt into a pan. When the water boils, add the Tagliatelle and cook for the time indicated on the package. Turn the pasta only after cooking! Drain it and add the sauce. For this pasta shape we recommend the Traditional Ragù 200g of "Dispensa di Amerigo"! An excellent combination to enjoy the tasty Tagliatelle al Ragù with the family.
