Water, pecorino romano DOP cheese 45%, pecorino cheese 8,9%, emulsifying salts: sodium citrate; black pepper 0,5%. After opening, keep refrigerated. GLUTEN-FREE.
For best results, eat Cacio e Pepe sauce with La Dispensa di Amerigo pasta, made with durum wheat semolina. Cook the pasta in plenty of salted water. While the pasta is cooking, pour the contents of the jar of sauce into a frying pan and warm it over a low heat. Add sufficient cooking water (approximately a ladleful) to obtain a creamy mixture. Add the pasta, stir and serve with some grated Pecorino Romano cheese on top.
