You may not know that, despite its simplicity, Arrabbiata is one the most famous pasta sauces both in Italy and abroad. Slow cooked tomatoes, together with the finest extra-virgin olive oil and Cervia sea salt, give this sauce a truly unique taste. Try it and see how we have managed to pack simplicity and taste into a jar.

For best results, eat Arrabbiata sauce with La Dispensa di Amerigo pasta, made with durum wheat semolina. Cook the pasta in plenty of salted water. While the pasta is cooking, pour the contents of the jar of sauce into a frying pan and warm it over a low heat. Add the pasta, stir and serve. If you love spicy food then you can add additional chilli pepper to taste.
