A great classic of the Bologna gastronomy. Tagliatelle are prepared following the traditional recipe, kneading flour, water and fresh eggs. The coarse texture of the paste is perfect to hold the sauce and exhalt the flavour.


INGREDIENTS
Durum wheat semolina, fresh eggs 33,2%. Contains gluten and eggs. Keep in a cool and dry place away from light and direct heat. May contains traces of soy.

USEFUL TIPS
Pour 5L of water and a tablespoon of salt into a pan. When the water boils, add the Tagliatelle and cook for the time indicated on the package. Turn the pasta only after cooking! Drain it and add the sauce. For this pasta shape we recommend the Traditional Ragù 200g of "Dispensa di Amerigo"! An excellent combination to enjoy the tasty Tagliatelle al Ragù with the family.
