Use our wild boar ragù to dress 3 or 4 portions of pappardelle for a delicious and unique meal. Cook the egg pasta, keeping it “al dente”; meanwhile, warm the meat sauce in a large frying pan over low heat. When the pasta is cooked, add it to the frying pan and warm over high heat while stirring. This sauce is also fantastic with polenta.
