Tomato puree 95%, extra-virgin olive oil, onion, basil 3%, sea salt. After opening, keep refrigerated. GLUTEN-FREE.

The Tomato and Basil Sauce can be an excellent substitute for the normal tomato sauce to season pizza. Sprinkle the mixture with the sauce and add a seasoning to taste. The taste will be unique and delicious. Alternatively we recommend preparing the classic "Spaghetti al Pomodoro e Basilico". Cook the pasta from “La Dispensa di Amerigo” in plenty of boiling water following the times indicated on the package or according to your taste. We recommend keeping it al dente, drain it and pour it into a pan where the sauce had previously been warmed. Quickly toss and serve. Finally, for the sweet tooth, we recommend preparing meatballs with tomato sauce using our product. With the scent of basil you will get an exceptional dish.
