INGREDIENTS
Tomato puree, culatello 17% (pork, salt, pepper, garlic), raw ham 10% (pork leg, salt), milk, cream, extra virgin olive oil, celery, carrot, onion, double tomato concentrate, butter , sea salt from Cervia. Origin of the tomato: Italy. After opening, store in the refrigerator. GLUTEN FREE.


USEFUL TIPS
The ready-to-use sauce with Culatello is easy to use. Cook the pasta you like best paying attention to the cooking times and keeping it al dente. In the meantime, warm a jar of sauce with Culatello della Dispensa di Amerigo in a sufficiently large pan. 200g of a jar is enough for 2-3 servings. When the pasta is cooked, pour it into a pan and toss the pasta until it has collected the sauce well. Serve with a generous sprinkling of Parmigiano Reggiano.
